1. All orders are despatched using the SA Post Office's counter-to-counter service. Please contact us if you need a courier delivery to your door.

2. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

3. You can also choose between surface and air mail shipment at the time of checkout. Bear in mind that international delivery by surface mail can take around ten weeks to reach you. International air mail deliveries take about a week.

4. Some of the products are available in refill packs, which are half the size of the regular packs.

5. When making payment, your card details will be collected on MyGate's secure payment page.

6. For your convenience we provide a currency converter below. Please note that you will be billed in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not take responsibility for variations between the indication rates and the rates used by your bank.
