1. All orders are despatched using the SA Post Office’s counter-to-counter service. Please contact us if you need a courier delivery to your door.

2. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

3. At checkout you have the opportunity of selecting shipment by airmail or surface mail. International airmail orders should take around a week to reach you. Delivery by surface mail can take around ten weeks to reach you.

4. Some of the products are available in refill packs, which are half the size of the regular packs. There are also Chef’s and bulk packs, which are not available in retail stores.

5. Your credit card details will be collected on MyGate’s secure payment page.

6. For your convenience we provide a currency converter below. Please note that you will be billed in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not take responsibility for variations between the indication rates and the rates used by your bank.
